Made using real cheese and jalapeños in our facility in Almena, Wisconsin, this artisan creation is the real deal. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.*Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this box as pictured.
