  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved.

Exchanges

  • We gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or purchased in the wrong size, color, or scent (if applicable).
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened personal care products and refills
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
