Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved.
Exchanges
- We gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or purchased in the wrong size, color, or scent (if applicable).
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened personal care products and refills
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to help process your claim.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
