Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has shipped, Melior is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Delivery

  • Local delivery may be available for customers in the greater Portland metro area.

Sustainable Packaging

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we use recyclable, reusable, and/or compostable packaging materials whenever possible. Some packaging materials may be repurposed from incoming shipments to help minimize environmental impact.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and items.
  • If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help locate it.

Refill Products

Certain refill products may require additional packaging precautions to prevent leakage during transit. While we take great care in packaging these items, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
