Step 1: Start with a Reusable Bottle
To join the Melior Exchange Program, your first purchase includes one of our reusable bottles. These are designed to be used again and again, helping you cut down on single-use plastic while keeping your home stocked with the products you love.
Step 2: Choose the Refill Exchange Option
When you’re running low, simply select the Exchange option when placing your order. You’ll keep your current pump or spray top - just the bottle itself gets swapped.
Step 3: Easy Porch Pickup + Delivery
We’ll deliver your freshly filled product right to your doorstep, capped and ready to go. At the same time, just leave your empty Melior bottle outside for pickup.
From there, we take care of the rest! Each returned bottle is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and refilled so it can be used again. It’s a closed-loop system designed to reduce waste and make sustainable living feel effortless.
Prefer a Low-Waste Refill Instead?
If the exchange program isn’t the right fit for you, we also offer low-waste refill pouches and containers. This option still reduces plastic compared to traditional packaging while giving you the flexibility to refill on your own schedule.
